This 729 sq. ft. room is the perfect space for birthday and graduation parties, bridal and baby showers, funeral dinners, meetings and family gatherings.  A full kitchen is included with this room.

13 - 8-foot-long tables

  9 - 4-foot round tables

 5 - 5-foot round tables

40 - White Lifetime + 60 lightweight black folding chairs 

The 1,280 sq, ft. gym, with two basketball goals, is great for large gathering, parties with inflatables and when active space will add to the fun.   

Stove/oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, three compartment industrial sink, mobile prep/serving area, dishcloths, towels, soap, garbage bags, serving utensils and more are provided for your convenience.
